What an owner account holds

An owner account is an email sign-in plus an owner profile with a display name, a business name and a phone number. It is linked to the trucks that account operates.

What deleting your account erases

• Your sign-in itself, including its email, password and sessions.
• Your owner profile's personal fields: display name, business name and phone number.
• Your access to every truck you operate, including any team memberships.
• Team invitations you had sent, and invitations addressed to your email, so nothing stays actionable under a deleted identity.

What is retained, and why

Deleting your account does not delete a business. These records are kept, and they carry no personal profile data once your account is deleted:

• Trucks and their categories, photos, QR links, stops, schedules and founding identity. A truck with another active owner keeps operating.
• Membership history, as history. Access is revoked; the record that it once existed remains.
• Billing and subscription reconciliation records, and audit records of administrative actions. These point at an opaque identifier and are kept because reconciliation and audit truth require them.

A deleted identity can never regain access through any retained record.

Store subscriptions

Deleting your Finders Eaters account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. That billing is managed with the platform, and the subscription cannot be restored to a new Finders Eaters account later.

Signing up again

You can create a new account with the same email address later. It is a new account: it does not recover the deleted one, its trucks, or its store subscription.
